| دانشگاه ملی هوایی ( مورد ارزشیابی می باشد) دانشگاه ملی هوایی نزدیک به 70 سال است که مشغول به تربیت متخصصین برای دولتهای خارجی می باشد. البته قدمت این دانشگاه کمی بیشتر بوده به طوری که تاریخ تاسیس این دانشگاه به سال 1930 میلادی باز می گردد. در این دانشگاه مدرسه های علمی پر قدرتی در زمینه های مختلف از جمله مکانیک ،الکترونیک ، الکتروتکنیک ، اطلاعات و فن محاسبه، حفاظت اطلاعات، و غیره تاسیس شده است. فارغ التحصیلان آن توانایی طراحی، ساخت، نگهداری و خدمات رسانی به هواپیما های مختلف را خواهند داشت. هم اکنون ساختار دانشگاه شامل 14 انستیتو ، 19 دانشکده و 4 هنرستان فنی و کالج می باشد. در حال حاضر نیز در این دانشگاه بیش از 30000 دانشجو از 40 کشور مختلف جهان مشغول به تحصیل هستند. آموزش در این دانشگاه به 4 زبان روسی، انگلیسی، اوکراینی و اسپانیولی بوده و دوره های تحصیلی آن به 5 گروه پیش دانشگاهی( پاتفک) یک سال، کارشناسی 4 سال، کارشناسی ارشد یک سال و نیم، آسپیرانتوری 3 سال و دکترانتوری 3 سال تقسیم می شوند. در محوطه دانشگاه مجموعه ورزشی، استادیوم فوتبال، مرکز فرهنگی، کارگاه های آموزشی و غیره واقع شده اند. خوابگاه های این دانشگاه نیز نزدیک به محل خود دانشگاه و در فاصله ده دقیقه ای قرار دارند.
